Narelle began her career in South Australia with leading agencies such as LJ Hooker and Ray White, where she developed strong foundations in administration, sales support and property management. She went on to gain valuable operational and financial management experience with Ogden’s Coaches and Central West Diesel & Hydraulics, before running her own franchise business for ten years with Gloria Jean’s Coffees in Dubbo. Her background in accounts management, staff training, rostering and client service equips her with a unique perspective on both people and property.
